Big Bale

An electrically driven tilting system, suitable for a smooth tilting of substrate from a big bale. Its automatic dispensing system delivers the substrate efficiently and worry-free. It is suitable for all standard Big Bales.
Processing substrate or bark from Big Bales is effortless with this dosing unit. The electrically powered tilt system allows the Big Bale to tilt infinitely and safely, keeping the environment clean. The Javo Big Bale is easy to use and low maintenance. The machine is easy to move using a forklift. Optionally, the Javo Big Bale can be equipped with wheels and is easier to move with a pallet truck.
The material, by means of automatic dosing, is raised directly and with the desired quantity to the discharge nozzle. The boost chain scrapes the ground off the Big Bale and feeds it. The machine comes standard with an adjustable soil agitator to reduce the substrate to the desired coarseness. A level regulator is mounted under the discharge nozzle with height-adjustable measuring points, which regulates the soil supply as required by the connecting machine.
