This automatic take-off system transports pots effortlessly from the Javo Buffer onto a discharge conveyor. A very high capacity is achievable, up to 320 movements per hour, depending on pot size and stability. The new motion technology is electronically speed controllable by PLC, very durable and of course user friendly. The Javo JAR is standard equipped with a discharge conveyor which is adjusted to one discharge direction. The solid, heavy duty system allows an easy operation, also when working with large pots or lightly intertwined crops. In combination with a wider conveyor, the system can also be used for singulating trays.
